Summit Lake Winery has done it again: first to offer full service outdoor dining in the area, first to offer regularly scheduled Murder Mystery Dinner Theater productions. And now, Sushi! Summit Lake has its own trained Sushi Chef, Kirsten Alvey. (Pssst, stop by Wednesday, June 25th for a sneak preview). Chef Kirsten will be hand-rolling sushi and showcasing her made-from-scratch sauces every Monday and Wednesday evening. So stop driving to Columbia for Sushi and drive straight to ‘The Summit’.

This is a leisurely, self-paced tour of the 4 wineries of the Missouri River Wine Trail (Les Bourgeois, Native Stone, Summit Lake – Hartsburg, and Summit Lake - Holts Summit). Opened in February 2002, SLW sits high on the blufftop overlooking Highway 54, the Missouri River, and Jefferson City. We offer distinctive Midwest wines and a creative bistro menu. Come join us to sample our wines in our year-round tasting room. Then, choose from our Native American and French Hybrid wines, or choose from our wide variety of foreign and domestic beers. Summit Lake Winery offers an atmosphere to fit any occasion. Are you looking for that special place to hold a banquet or conference? Let us help. We offer up a full catering staff available for rehearsal dinners, receptions, large or small parties, conferences and banquets. Breakfast, luncheon, hors d'oeuvres, and plated & buffet dinner menus available. Our conference facilities can hold up to 200 guests. Smaller gathering rooms are also available for private parties. Friday and Saturday nights we often have banquets in progress,
but bistro and patio seating is still available.

Due to overwhelming demand, Bistro and Patio reservations are not accepted. Although we do not take reservations, it is helpful to notify the staff of SLW when planning any large group celebrations or dinners in our bistro. Such notification insures that an appropriate amount of staff are available to accommodate the needs of your group.
